GB704RK-1 Riveting Kit

GAGE BILT offers a complete tool kit for installing Huck® and Cherry® blind rivets per NAS9301-NAS9312,  M7885, BACR15FP/FR and BACR15GF/GK. The basic kit, GB704RK, contains a straight nose to install -4, -5 and -6 diameter, bleeder bottle, pintail catcher bag and a grip selector gage. The dash one kit also contains a right angle and an offset nose, must items for re-work operations. All these items are stored in an easy access carrying case with a manual, data sheets, powermax tools manual and pocket card.

GB722TCKL Riveting Kit

Choose GAGE BILT's blind rivet and lockbolt installation kit designed especially for Truck and Trailer OEM’s.  The GB722TCKL can be configured to meet your needs, whether you’re fixing Wabash®, Great Dane®, Peterbilt®, Kenworth® or any other brand trailer or truck.  The kit includes nose assemblies to pull your fasteners, and at the heart of the system is our heavy-duty GB722 installation tool. All of this is conveniently stored in a metal tool case.

The GB722TCKL kit contains the long 3/16” Magna-Grip® nose needed to fix Kenworth® and Peterbilts®. Standard length noses for 1/4” Magna-Grip®, 3/16” lockbolt nose for stainless steel grill bolts, a nose and 2 tips to install 3/16” and 1/4” structural blind rivets in any material for the hood and cab and a catcher bag for pintails.  This kit will work on Freightliner®, Mack® and many other tractors also. If additional noses are needed, please consult Gage Bilt.

There are kits available for customers who want less noses in their kits, thereby saving $$$$$!

GB730BLB-06 Riveting Kit

GAGE BILT now offers a complete tool kit for installing CherryMax® 1/8" - 3/16", Huck® and Cherry® blind bolts thru 3/16" per MS21140 & MS21141 (U or S) and MS90353 & MS90354 (U or S) and 3/16” NAS Tension and NAS Shear lockbolts. The basic kit, GB730BLB-06 contains: a pintail catcher bag and a grip selector gage. Straight and Right Angle with stroke limiter to install CherryMax®. Straight noses to install -5 and -6 diameter blind bolts. Straight nose to install -6 diameter lockbolt. All these items are stored in an easy access carrying case with manuals and data sheets.
