GAGE BILTS' BIG GUNS!

Gage Bilt announces the release of three new “BIG GUNS” for large diameter fasteners. First is our GBP2630 Hydraulic Installation Tool. Attached to a power unit, it generates 56,000 lbs (249kN) of force to install 7/8 C50L Huckbolts® and LD Avdeloks®. Gage Bilt also manufactures BIG GUNS to install 1/2, 5/8 & 3/4  HP8, C50L Huckbolts® and LD Avedelocks®, Huck BOM® and Avbolts®, and 12MM, 16MM & 20MM Huckfit Huckbolts®.

GAGE BILT recommends our GBP2628 for 3/4 and 20MM fasteners. The GBP7624 is recommended for 1/2, 5/8, 12MM and 16MM lock bolts.

GAGE BILTS’ big guns are used primarily for railroad and truck industries, but these heavy duty , high clamp (up to 40,000 lbs / 178kN) tools are also used for ships, bridges, mining, cranes and construction. GAGE BILT has a full line of smaller guns for commercial and aerospace applications as well.
